You will interpret complex datasets to uncover insights and drive data-driven decision making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries across large and varied datasets.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and visualization using BI tools.
• Document data definitions, assumptions, mappings, and logic including STT and FLD.
• Navigate and manage structured, semi-structured JSON, and nested datasets.
• Apply data modeling, ETL design, and data lineage practices to maintain data integrity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
• Expert-level SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Experience working with Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with data lakes.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to work with semi-structured data formats like JSON.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Customer 360, identity resolution, or personalization platforms.
• Background working within MarTech ecosystems.
