Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica tools
• Source data from NYS healthcare plans and external systems
• Perform data staging, auditing, cleansing, enrichment, and transformation
• Load processed data into the NY All Payer Database (APD) reporting structures in Oracle
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Optimize performance within a large-scale Oracle Exadata environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to support reporting and analytics needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data-related issues

Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with the Informatica product suite, including:

• PowerCenter
• Test Data Manager
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Metadata Manager
• Data Quality
• Additional Skills:
• Strong experience with Oracle / Oracle Exadata
• Experience working with large-scale healthcare data (encounter & enrollment data preferred)
• Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices
• Experience with healthcare domain data (Medicaid/Medicare/NYS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with state healthcare systems or All Payer Databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
