Description

You will own complex data analysis, modeling, and governance initiatives across the enterprise data domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL and T-SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.
• Design and maintain dimensional models, star schemas, and source-to-target mappings.
• Establish and operationalize the Master Data Management (MDM) framework for Person, Agency, Vehicle, and Member domains.
• Implement Microsoft Purview governance, including cataloging, lineage, classification, and metadata management.
• Define data quality standards, validation reporting, and error triage protocols for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL development.
• Experience creating dimensional models and analytical data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform integrations.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for visualization and reporting.
• Experience with data profiling, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise data quality initiatives and audit compliance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview governance framework.
