Description

You will own complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting pipelines using SAS and SQL.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAS programs for data integration, statistical analysis, and query optimization.
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries, including window functions and joins, across SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Create interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Implement Linux shell scripting for batch processing and automation.
• Validate data integrity and perform statistical analysis to support business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Macro, and PROC SQL.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience with query optimization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
• Strong Linux shell scripting and batch processing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with Machine Learning or statistical modeling.
• Industry experience in Healthcare or Financial Services.
