Description

You will support financial platforms by identifying data trends to prevent revenue loss and ensure timely cash receipts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the escalation team.
• Participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents related to data issues.
• Build and maintain anomaly detection and quality control systems.
• Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for transaction processing.
• Contribute to the strategy for new data pipelines and data engineering approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Advanced SQL for technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Python using pandas, sklearn, numpy, and matplotlib.
• Strong applied statistics and analytical skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Background in First Party, Third Party, or Workers' Comp Claims Insurance.
