Lead data exploration and transformation efforts to help healthcare customers improve population health outcomes and reduce costs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into analytical reports for US healthcare clients.
• Design and build workflows on the Data Activation Platform to extract data from client systems.
• Review team deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and quality before customer delivery.
• Monitor and tune workflow configurations for high availability in production environments.
• Mentor the team on data handling best practices and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role within a data services or product firm.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Ability to assess complex client requirements and design integration solutions.
• Experience communicating technical and non-technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority customer engagements simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python scripting.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
