Own end-to-end analysis projects, from identifying opportunities to presenting findings to Product, Engineering, and Data Leadership.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses to modernize and scale contact data pipelines, including title classification, address normalization, profiling, and matching.
• Implement AI-driven monitoring systems to detect and resolve critical data quality issues, reducing manual intervention.
• Establish automated testing frameworks to integrate new datasets and attributes, accelerating database improvements.
• Identify strategic opportunities to expand contact data capabilities and develop new products or features.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as the subject matter expert for cross-functional partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Stata, and SAS.
• 2+ years in a senior analytical role with proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Experience with quality monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or research field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• Customer-focused mindset regarding data quality impact on business outcomes.
