Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise data infrastructure and pipelines to drive business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise data infrastructure to ensure availability, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement ETL workflows and automated data pipelines for internal and third-party data.
• Improve data quality and trust through validation, monitoring, and data pact creation.
• Reverse engineer existing systems to document and optimize data structures and flows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics units to identify requirements and deliver insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Expertise in SQL-based data solutions.
• Strong experience with relational databases and data warehousing (RDBMS, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and automated pipeline design.
• Proven ability to reverse engineer legacy systems and document technical workflows.
• Deep understanding of system design principles for analytical and operational data systems.
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and integrating third-party data.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
• Experience supporting data for customer intelligence, marketing automation, or sales enablement.
