Lead data analytics efforts to drive actionable insights and optimize customer journeys in Westminster, London.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using Adobe Analytics to identify opportunities for bottom-line lift.
• Validate cross-channel customer journeys to uncover data-driven insights.
• Manage a team of analysts and developers to deliver technical solutions.
• Implement advertising and tracking pixels through tag management systems.
• Leverage APIs to automate reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, including tag management and pixel implementation.
• 3+ years of digital analytics development experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of analysts or developers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience analyzing large datasets with Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of the marketing technology (Martech) landscape.
• Foundational knowledge of Google BigQuery, Node.js, CSS, Python, and machine learning concepts.
• Competency with Domo and Power BI.
• Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills within cloud-based information systems.
