Description

You will lead the design and development of data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with ETL and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity in Snowflake and other sources.
• Present analytical insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
• Guide junior analysts and mentor them on analytical best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Advanced expertise in SQL for complex, performant querying on large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools, specifically Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses, with Snowflake experience required.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Experience designing self-service reporting frameworks.
