Description

You will design and implement the frameworks used to collect, measure, and report organizational data to drive metrics-based project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director and VP-level stakeholders to define key metrics and data collection strategies.
• Develop processes for tracking, measuring, and reporting project delivery performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs for various organizational initiatives.
• Establish data governance, accuracy, and integrity standards across all reporting platforms.
• Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Architect, or in a similar capacity.
• Extensive experience working with large datasets and advanced data analysis software.
• Expertise in Data Governance and metrics tracking.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau.
• Proven ability to create executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Experience establishing reporting cadences and project delivery metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
