Description

You will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Power BI solutions for marketing and customer analytics, owning the full lifecycle from ingestion to production operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse using Bronze/Silver/Gold (Medallion) architecture.
• Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory.
• Develop scalable transformations using PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Model optimized star schemas and design Power BI semantic models, including incremental loads and CDC patterns.
• Configure Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage monitoring, alerting, and reliability for production workloads.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of data engineering or analytics delivery experience.
• Hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Deployment Pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX optimization.
• Expertise in Advanced SQL, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
• Experience with Delta/Parquet, partitioning, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics domains (Web/app events, campaign, CRM data).
• Proven production experience managing monitoring, alerting, and data reliability.
• Familiarity with Azure services.
