Description

You will provide Tier-2 technical product support for high-volume transaction processing applications and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve client requests, incidents, and production failures.
• Analyze internal alerts from monitoring tools including Splunk, Sitescope, and Dynatrace.
• Perform root cause analysis by analyzing code and technical logs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to review operational readiness for production changes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support applications and code fixes during business and non-operating hours.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Tier-2 technical support or development.
• Extensive experience with Business Objects application support.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database tuning skills.
• Proficiency with Unix commands.
• Technical experience with Informatica/IDMC and/or Cognos.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for coordinating with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unix shell scripting and replication services like Qlik Attunity DR setup.
• Familiarity with Service Now for Incident, Case, Problem, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, PCF, and Snowflake.
