Design and implement modern data platforms while driving data modernization initiatives across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern data platforms leveraging Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Define data architecture strategies, including data modeling, integration, and analytics solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data solutions.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures to ensure data integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance on cloud-based data solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in Azure Synapse, Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with visualization tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to conduct assessments, identify gaps, and align with industry best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving cloud migration and analytics modernization projects.
