Description

Design, implement, and optimize relational and non-relational database systems for large-scale environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for OLTP, OLAP, and data warehouse systems.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and query optimization to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Define and maintain data lineage to guarantee traceability from source to consumption.
• Optimize workflows for batch and real-time streaming data movement and transformation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or database engineering.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development.
• Deep understanding of OLTP and OLAP architectures.
• Experience with indexing, partitioning, and storage management.
• Ability to document metadata and business rules for data lineage and cataloging.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in managing large-scale transactional and analytical datasets.
