Description

Lead data solution architecture and information design for large-scale data warehousing and analytics initiatives. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex data integration projects, bridging business requirements with technical implementation across the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level data solutions, including data models, quality frameworks, governance strategies, and lineage management.
• Architect and implement database solutions using normalized, dimensional, NoSQL, and streaming data paradigms.
• Deliver authorized data source platforms using Informatica, Hadoop, Sqoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, and Scala.
• Manage end-to-end large projects in the DW/BI space, securing stakeholder agreements and conducting POCs as needed.
• Align enterprise metadata strategies with global record management goals and data quality standards.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years specifically in data warehousing and analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services domain (banking, retail, wealth).
• Proven track record as a Data Solution Architect or Information Architect delivering at least two large end-to-end projects.
• Deep expertise in Data Architecture, Information Architecture, and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Scala).
• Strong programming skills in Java for data integration and processing.
• Ability to build effective bridges between business stakeholders and IT teams through clear communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI technologies, NoSQL databases, and Machine Learning techniques.
• Knowledge of Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, and Enterprise Data Management practices (metadata, business glossary).
