Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Lead data integration, ETL/ELT development, and pipeline optimization.
• Architect and manage cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.
• Oversee data migration, modernization, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in Kafka and real-time data streaming.
• Strong background in data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Proven ability to design scalable data warehousing solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
• Ability to define data strategy and standards in partnership with senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring data engineering and development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in data modernization and legacy migration projects.
