Lead enterprise data projects and design warehouse solutions for a major banking or brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data warehouse solutions using Informatica and Azure.
• Implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, processing, file management, and automation.
• Manage data storage solutions across Server, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on data architecture best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of IT industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer.
• 8+ years of experience working for US companies within the US.
• 5+ years of recent experience in a major banking or brokerage house.
• 7+ years of programming experience with Python.
• 6+ years of experience with Informatica and Azure.
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL processes using SQL, Informatica, and Linux shell scripting.
• 4+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and database concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience optimizing data processing using Apache Spark and Linked data.
• Advanced SQL query writing and data analysis skills.
