You will design and govern the enterprise data architecture for the transformation from ECRMS to CDMS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall data migration architecture, mapping entities to the enterprise data model.
• Design MongoDB data models for customers, relationships, and FCR domains to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Govern schema evolution, reference data management, and lineage documentation across systems.
• Guide data engineers on physical design, performance tuning, and migration orchestration.
• Establish validation frameworks for completeness, referential integrity, and data reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Deep understanding of data modeling patterns (Entity–Relationship, Aggregates) in MongoDB.
• Expertise in enterprise data modeling and Master Data Management (MDM) practices.
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC), dual-write patterns, and data lineage concepts.
• Familiarity with Kafka, AWS data services, and API-driven data integration.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and core Data Architecture principles.
• Proven background in banking or customer master data transformation projects.
