Description

Design and manage data architectures for accounting and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable architectures for high-volume financial transactions.
• Develop data structures ensuring security, redundancy, and industry compliance.
• Implement validation processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead cloud development initiatives, including system migration and integration.
• Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with non-relational databases including MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and common data models.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.
• Cloud platform or data architecture certifications.
