Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and development of Snowflake cloud data warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ETL pipelines to ingest data from vendor APIs and databases like SAP, JDE, or SQL Server using AWS Lambda and Fivetran.
• Write DBT scripts to clean, transform, and load data into Snowflake.
• Optimize Snowflake storage, compute, and performance using Tasks, Streams, Dynamic Tables, and Snowpipe.
• Manage production support by handling incident tickets based on severity.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve findings and work within sprints to meet delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in lead data engineering and data warehousing.
• Expertise in Snowflake, including Snowsql, Procedures, and advanced SQL commands.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, and S3.
• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Strong ability in troubleshooting, analytical problem solving, and technical communication.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Snowflake implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, and Fivetran LDP (HVR).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and modern data platform scheduling tools.
