Description

You will design and implement data architecture and ETL processes for large-scale migrations from SAP to Salesforce and AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business SMEs to define migration requirements, transformation rules, and data retention policies.
• Design data models and mappings between source schemas and target systems.
• Develop migration plans covering risks, milestones, quality assurance, and business sign-off.
• Implement data archival, reconciliation, and de-duplication processes to ensure data integrity.
• Execute data rehearsals and perform audits to resolve configuration issues before go-live.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL, and data migration.
• Expertise in designing ETL processes using Informatica.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools: S3, Glue, Athena, and Aurora MySQL.
• Deep proficiency in SQL.
• Experience designing data migration solutions, archival processes, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with data quality checks, de-duplication, and validation.
• Experience with GitHub, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing data migrations specifically to Salesforce.
