Lead enterprise data architecture, data warehousing strategy, and cloud transformation for business and central reference data processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models and high-performance data engineering solutions.
• Build automated data pipelines using AWS and DevOps practices with GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement data governance, security, risk controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Enable analytics, data mining, and ML/MLOps initiatives to drive digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS Enterprise Data Platform.
• Strong background in Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD using GitLab.
• Experience with Analytics, Data Mining, and ML/MLOps.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Security frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Banking or Financial Domain experience.
• Proven leadership and delivery management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cloud transformation journeys for enterprise data.
