Senior Data Architect/Analytics Lead

You will lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build relational databases and data warehouses to support analytics projects.
• Develop strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation.
• Maintain enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in healthcare.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing (on-prem and cloud).
• 10+ years experience with business intelligence and big data solutions.
• 10+ years experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies.
• 10+ years proven experience in leading and managing advanced analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
