Description

You will own the design, migration, and maintenance of data infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database solutions for storage and retrieval needs.
• Lead the migration process from Oracle to PostgreSQL with minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain Databricks jobs for business reports and analytics.
• Monitor database performance and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL database architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Databricks for large-scale data processing.
• Expert knowledge of PySpark and Python for data transformation.
• Proven experience in end-to-end database migration projects (Oracle to PostgreSQL).
• Experience building and optimizing complex ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or ADF.
• Understanding of AWS Cloud services (RDS, S3, EMR, Glue).
