Description

You will lead data migration from on-premises databases to AWS Cloud environments and build complex data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of on-premises databases to AWS S3 and operationalize complex data solutions.
• Design data architectures and perform analysis on complex sources to support analytical processes.
• Incorporate data governance, security, and quality standards into all data management tasks.
• Test data movement, transformation code, and components to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to support delivery and educate end users on data products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience with data migration from on-premises databases to AWS S3.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience working within AWS Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL tools.
