Lead the development of technical solutions for data access, real-time metric aggregation, and machine learning frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models, analytics frameworks, and ML solutions.
• Translate computer algorithms into prototype code and manage large, trend-identified datasets.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to provide actionable business insights.
• Execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B test design and success metric definition.
• Mentor a team of Data Scientists, Analysts, and AI/ML Engineers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, or AI/ML.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Hive.
• Strong programming experience with Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, or Storm.
• Extensive experience with clickstream behavioral data and statistical analysis.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, data design, and schema management.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Finance.
