Description

You will design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure to support investment management and accounting requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ETL processes to migrate and manage client, investment, and accounting data within Databricks.
• Collaborate with investment management teams to define data structures and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Optimize database performance through scalable and cost-effective schema design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Databricks Data Cloud, including schema design, partitioning, and query optimization.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills for transaction, portfolio, and reference data.
• Extensive experience with Apache Spark and Python.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Scala, R, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with workload automation and job scheduling tools like Control-M.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SnapLogic for ETL/ELT workflows.
