You own the end-to-end process of turning raw data into actionable business intelligence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practices for generating accurate analytics, reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and develop concise analytics that influence product strategy.
• Analyze and define success metrics for business initiatives, focusing on A/B tests.
• Integrate and curate data from internal and external sources to build detailed reports.
• Dissect complex business problems using quantitative approaches to identify patterns in large datasets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Data Analyst or Data Engineer role.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Databricks Cloud Services.
• Working capability in Python scripting.
• Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex issues logically.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
