Description

Design and develop IT solutions to improve business processes within Investment Management. You will lead application architecture, data modeling, and technical coaching for a small development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of application architectures, components, and data models.
• Design business functions, applications, and information infrastructures.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to a small team of developers.
• Code complex components and manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing and debugging.
• Communicate technical alternatives to business stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of IT experience with hands-on coding.
• 4+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and Data Analysis.
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, GIT, and Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-native development experience on Azure.
• Knowledge of Investment Management or Financial Services domains.
