Description

Design and build distributed data systems and pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
• Design and implement data architectures on Lakehouse and Delta Lake frameworks.
• Manage data flows using Kafka and orchestrate workflows with Airflow.
• Deploy and manage workloads using Kubernetes and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and define design specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience as a Senior Software Developer on distributed data systems.
• Strong architectural understanding of Databricks and/or Snowflake platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with Airflow for orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of Lakehouse and Delta Lake architectures.
• Experience with object storage such as AWS S3 or Azure Blob.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (DevOps).
• Working knowledge of AWS or Azure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with self-service reporting, analytics, and machine learning.
• Background in microservices and API development.
