Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable data architecture to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Implement data migration strategies to transition data between systems and environments.
• Build and optimize data solutions using AWS services including S3, Redshift, Lambda, and Glue.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all pipelines and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to maintain high availability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on ELT processes and data migration.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, specifically S3, Redshift, Lambda, and Glue.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and data warehousing.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and warehousing concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Java, Python, Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
