Description

You will design and maintain data pipelines and distributed computing systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data migration workflows and ETL processes.
• Develop scalable data solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage distributed data tools including Kafka, Spark, and Hive.
• Collaborate on infrastructure setup using EMR and MySQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong background with distributed computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark).
• Experience with data migration projects.
