Description

You will design, build, and operate scalable, low-latency streaming data pipelines and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time streaming data systems handling large volumes with high throughput.
• Architect and optimize AWS data systems, implementing Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation.
• Ensure operational reliability and excellence for production cloud-native data platforms.
• Implement monitoring solutions to detect data loss and maintain strict data quality controls.
• Develop and maintain data structures, algorithms, and tuning strategies for SQL and NoSQL environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing streaming data pipelines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, or similar real-time streaming ecosystems.
• 5+ years developing and operating cloud-native data streaming systems.
• Strong, practical experience with AWS native services.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python, Java, or Spark-Scala.
• Experience with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• 5+ years working with SQL, SQL tuning, and Big Data NoSQL technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience implementing foundations for operational excellence within data platforms.
