You will own core data engineering functions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct developers and analysts on changes to pipelines, databases, and data processes, including coding logical data objects.
• Execute investigations and provide analysis to drive design insights.
• Develop standards and guidelines for data management.
• Ensure data assets align with strategic goals through supporting architecture.
• Set enterprise standards for databases, data integration, and data access methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of SQL.
• Expert knowledge of Snowflake.
• Expert knowledge of data modeling (logical and physical).
• Expert knowledge of computer software relevant to data engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and time management ability.
• Experience providing leadership and constructive performance feedback.
