Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions centered on data centralization, governance, and integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale, automated data pipelines using GCP native services.
• Make key architectural decisions regarding data modeling, storage, and real-time processing.
• Implement data frameworks and assist with data governance, quality, and lineage practices.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical design documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a comparable Business Intelligence role.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with GCP, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc.
• 4-5 years minimum experience with relational databases (MS-SQL, Postgres, or Oracle).
• 3-4 years of experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra or MongoDB).
• 2-3 years of experience with Python or a similar language.
• Ability to write and enhance performance on multi-statement complex queries.
• Experience utilizing Data Catalog, DLP, or Cloud Audit Logs for governance.
