Description

Lead end-to-end data migration and ETL pipeline development for Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design source-to-target mappings with transformation and validation rules.
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows using IBM DataStage, SQL, and Python.
• Execute mock migration runs, troubleshoot errors, and fix data issues.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization to ensure accuracy.
• Create migration runbooks, reconciliation reports, and compliance artifacts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (ETL/ELT).
• Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning.
• 3+ years building production ETL pipelines.
• Expertise in data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Python for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and Data Loader.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployment.
