Description

You will lead data engineering initiatives using the Azure stack to build and maintain scalable data architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines using the Azure data technology stack.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Develop and maintain data lakes, specifically utilizing Azure Data Lake.
• Integrate data via APIs and build reporting structures for visualization.
• Provide technical leadership and organizational oversight for data projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure data technology stack.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and managing data warehouses.
• Direct experience working with data lakes and Azure Data Lake.
• Experience working with APIs for data integration.
• Ability to use visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the utility industry.
