Description

You will lead large-scale software development initiatives and design customer-facing products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing applications and products.
• Architect GraphQL schemas, optimize queries, and perform performance tuning.
• Implement and manage BPMN workflow solutions using Camunda.
• Manage data modeling, performance optimization, and migrations across RDBMS and in-memory stores.
• Lead and mentor team members on technical execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in GraphQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Expertise in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with RDBMS such as Aurora and Postgres.
• Experience with in-memory data stores including Redis and memory dB.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda for workflow design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Node.js and React.
• Experience using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in technical leadership and mentorship.
