Description

You will own the development of a data lake within an enterprise environment and enhance an existing financial database.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and advance the data platform to meet enterprise-level standards.
• Manage diverse data sources and adapt codebase to changing data formats.
• Perform maintenance and functional enhancements on the financial database.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements for financial analysis.
• Identify and implement ways to streamline processes and reduce manual data management work.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience building a DataLake.
• Strong data design and architecture skills.
• Experience integrating multiple sources, specifically with Azure.
• Experience working with AWS, BigQuery, and Terraform.
• Experience with PowerBI connectors.
• Experience working with financial data and business requirements.
• Ability to work according to EST hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with AI.
