Description

You will lead data migration efforts from Oracle and DB2 legacy systems to Salesforce for Child Welfare programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce.
• Lead data mapping and transformation tasks to ensure seamless migration from legacy databases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to maintain data quality, integrity, and availability.
• Manage data archival, sub-setting, and de-identification for application validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• 7+ years of experience coding, testing, and maintaining ETL processes.
• 5+ years of experience with data conversion and migrations.
• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• 2+ years of experience with DB2 databases.
• 1+ year of experience with Git, BitBucket, or SVN.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and associated data services.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience with Talend.
• Experience with Child Welfare application systems.
