Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and warehouse structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL processes using SSIS for batch data integration.
• Design and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions.
• Query and optimize data performance using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues within insurance workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, indexing, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for batch ETL development.
• Deep familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter data models.
• Understanding of insurance domain workflows, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Experience designing and maintaining Enterprise Data Warehouses.
