Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehouse solutions within the Azure ecosystem, ensuring standardized architecture and reliable data delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current data architecture, document findings, and standardize implementations across the Azure environment.
• Design and develop batch and real-time streaming data loads into data warehouse systems using Azure Synapse and Databricks.
• Build and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines for ETL processing, including copy activities and custom development.
• Leverage Python, PySpark, or Scala to process and transform data at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver clear technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering and warehouse development.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Data Warehouse.
• Experience with Azure Databricks for data processing.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, or Scala.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline management.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage and Storage Explorer.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI for report development and data modeling.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
