Key Skills: Data Engineer, Snowflake, Tableau, ETL, Ms Sql

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and support data pipeline solutions for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Tune SQL and pipeline logic to improve performance and limit consumption spend.
• Ensure data reliability, efficiency, integrity, and quality across downstream consumers.
• Follow standardized coding practices, coding standards, and change control procedures.
• Adhere to security policies and HIPAA compliance requirements for handling health-related data.

Skills Required:

• 6-9 years of database SQL development and ETL/ELT data integration experience
• Data engineering experience with strong SQL development (highly complex queries).
• ETL/ELT data integration experience (5+ years) with deep understanding of data flows.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or cloud data warehouse platforms such as Redshift, Databricks, or Firebolt.
• Knowledge of ER diagrams, data flow diagrams, and normalization techniques; ability to support BI consumption.

Good to Have:

• Tableau experience for analytics and reporting enablement.
• MS SQL experience for database development and query optimization.
