Description

You will own the maintenance, resolution, and development of enterprise data pipelines and database systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production ETL and database issues through root cause analysis and timely technical fixes.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Write complex SQL queries against Snowflake and create T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions for MS SQL Server.
• Design data models and scaffold frameworks for staging and transforming datasets.
• Support existing SSIS SQL projects and drive assigned tasks to completion independently.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of full-time development experience.
• 5+ years of Data Engineer experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience using SQL.
• 5+ years of professional experience using Python.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server development, including strong T-SQL knowledge.
• Experience building data pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Proficiency in writing DDL/DML SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with Python application frameworks (Django, Flask, Pyramid, Tornado).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS SQL projects.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
