Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and present end-to-end MDM architectures ensuring scalability and data governance.
• Evaluate and recommend MDM platforms such as Informatica, Reltio, Talend, or IBM MDM.
• Develop and automate data workflows using Python, Airflow, or Astronomer.
• Build and optimize data processing solutions using Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Design microservices, particularly utilizing GraphQL, for flexible data services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in data engineering with proven MDM implementation experience.
• Expertise in Python, PySpark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture, specifically GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and orchestration tools (Airflow/Astronomer).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Functional knowledge of reference data sources and domain data standards.
• Experience with financial systems (capital markets, credit risk).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
