Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data models, schemas, and data warehouse solutions.
• Integrate and manage APIs for data ingestion and distribution.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards including RBAC/ABAC.
• Automate infrastructure using CI/CD and IaC tools to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing.
• Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with OLTP/OLAP systems and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and YAML-based deployment automation.
• Knowledge of data lineage, data security practices, and monitoring/audit controls.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Scala or R.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
