Description

You will lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a multi-phase redesign to build a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end program plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements and design decisions.
• Manage program governance, cadence, risk tracking, and blocker resolution.
• Oversee data transformation efforts to migrate legacy systems to the new architecture.
• Define and enforce data modeling practices for warehousing and lake concepts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data management and engineering.
• Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise data transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts.
• Strong expertise in data modeling practices and architecture.
• Experience translating high-level strategy into executable technical roadmaps.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data management and validation.
