You will design, build, and optimize complex ETL workflows while mentoring junior engineers and defining technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ETL workflows and reusable code libraries.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Mentor junior Data Engineers through technical guidance and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on sprint planning and effort estimates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Ability to design complex ETL workflows.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering principles.
