Description

Design and develop enterprise dashboards, executive scorecards, and Power BI reporting solutions while building scalable data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Develop complex SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes.
• Create KPIs and visualizations that support statewide IT investment governance.
• Analyze portfolio, project, financial, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 3–7+ years in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience.
• Microsoft Power BI expertise.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory & Azure SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Planview, or Microsoft Project Online.
• Data Warehousing & BI Architecture, API & ETL Development.
